Refunds to will be provided for the following reasons –
- You are not satisfied with the design of your site
- Your project wasn’t completed within the timeframe promised and you would like to cancel your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us for a full refund of your one –time charge. Once your site is approved and published you are no longer eligible for a refund, however, you can cancel your service at any time and we will take your site down.
Cancellations will occur immediately and the following month the subscription will not be billed. Black Box Web, LLC will not provide partial month usage refunds.
